General terms of sale

Tariffs and taxes

Our tariffs get along by room and night, on the basis of 1 or 2 people with breakfast and net of tax include the VAT of 10% and communal and tourist.

A communal tax of stay of 15 dh per night and anybody is to be added to the tariff of the room, as well as the tax of tourist promotion of 11 dh per night and by anybody, that is to say 26 dh. These taxes are completely transferred with the Commune of Marrakech and the Moroccan National office of Tourism.

Payment

To be effective, the reservation will have to be accompanied by the payment (by credit transfer) of 50% of the price of the stay.

The balance of the stay will be carried out in cash with the riad. The credit card payment will be available soon.

Conditions of cancellation

* more than 30 days before the date of arrival: full repayment of the installments,

* between 30 days and 8 days before the date of arrival: 50% of the stay are due under the expenses of cancellation,

* during the 7 days preceding the date of arrival: 100% of the stay are due under the expenses of cancellation,

* not presentation: 100% of the stay are due under the expenses of cancellation.
